Dr Sid Samanta

Dr Samanta was born and raised in London. He studied at the University of Nottingham and received a medal award for outstanding contribution to his GP Vocational Training Scheme. Particular experience and interests are within Paediatrics having been placed at Europe’s busiest children’s A & E department during training and also additional experience in mental health and substance misuse. During time in the UK he was a Cardiff University GP tutor; mentoring final year medical students, represented local GPs in South Wales on a national level, whilst raising three young children and pursuing his passion for sport – soccer, tennis and cricket – he’s working on Aussie rules!
